Who We Are

Bulldog Security Services, LLC is a National ADT Authorized Dealer. Our dealer number is 7451432. Our corporate headquarters is located at 14340 Torrey Chase Blvd. Suite 250, Houston TX 77014.

What Personal Data We Collect And Why

Contact & Consultation Forms

When you submit our Contact, Schedule, Consult, or Careers form, we collect the information you provide — name, phone, email, ZIP, preferred date/time, account number, and any message you include. Submissions are stored in our database and a copy is emailed to our team via Cloudflare Email Service (our transactional-email provider). We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, or evaluate your application.

Partner Offer Pages

Some offers are made through partner landing pages (for example, our offer for Si Energy customers). When you submit the form on one of those pages, the name, email, phone number and ZIP code you provide are stored in our database, emailed to our team, and sent to our Salesforce customer-relationship system tagged with the partner you came from. We use them to contact you about that offer. These forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, described below.

Bot Protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions come from real visitors, not bots. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie or local-storage token for this purpose. Cloudflare receives your IP address and a browser fingerprint as part of the challenge.

Aggregate Analytics

We use the following analytics services. None of them sell your data, and none are used for advertising or cross-site tracking:

• Umami Cloud — aggregate page views and referrer. Cookieless by default; does not store identifiers in your browser.
• Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — aggregate visit counts and Core Web Vitals (page-load timing). Reports contain no personal information.
• First-party analytics — page views, conversion events (phone-call clicks, form submissions), and Core Web Vitals are also recorded in our own database to help us understand which pages convert. These records are tied to a short-lived per-browser session ID, never to your identity.

Live Chat Widget

Our public site includes a Birdeye webchat bubble so you can ask questions and get a response from our team. When you open the chat, the messages you send and basic session metadata (the page URL, timestamp, and your IP address) are transmitted to Birdeye, Inc. for the purpose of routing and responding to your inquiry. Birdeye may set short-lived cookies or local-storage tokens to maintain your chat session. See Birdeye’s privacy policy for details.

Embedded Google Maps

Some pages embed Google Maps so you can see our office and service-area coverage. When the map iframe loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect technical data (IP address, browser type) under Google’s privacy policy. The underlying address is also written out in plain text on the page so you can avoid loading the map.

How Long We Retain Your Data

• Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months from your last contact.
• Schedule / Consult requests: up to 12 months after the appointment.
• Career applications: up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
• Customer / installation records: retained for the longer of seven years or the period required by tax, accounting, or warranty obligations.
• Aggregate analytics data (non-personal): may be retained indefinitely.

Cookies

Our public site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies and storage tokens you may encounter:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — described above; short-lived bot- protection token.
• Google Maps embeds — set by Google when the iframe loads, on the pages where a map is embedded.
• Birdeye webchat — short-lived session token set when you open the chat bubble; used only to keep your conversation continuous.
• Admin session — if you sign in to the customer/admin area at /admin, an encrypted session cookie is set. This cookie is never set on public visitors.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and the business:

• Cloudflare — provides Turnstile bot protection and delivers form-submission notification emails to our team.
• Vercel — hosts the website and runs the analytics services described above.
• Supabase — provides the database where form submissions and customer records are stored.
• Birdeye — provides the live chat widget; receives the messages you send through the chat bubble.
• Salesforce — our customer-relationship system; receives the details you submit on a partner offer page.
• ADT — as an Authorized Dealer, we share customer information with ADT solely to provision and service your monitored alarm account.

SMS Messaging

We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for marketing purposes. You may reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can email us at any time to request an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We aim to respond to access and deletion requests within 30 days. We may decline requests for data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, regulatory, or security purposes (e.g., monitored-alarm-account records required by ADT or state licensing).
